Gordon and his Family have lived in Comal County since the late 1980’s, after re locating from the beautiful state of Maine.  The North still holds a special place in his heart and loves to visit every chance possible.  GO PATS and Sox!  Growing up with a Family of plumbers, oil burnerman and pipefitters, he knew a pipe trade of some sort would be in his future.

Gordon Graduated from Smithson Valley High School in 1994 and went directly to work in the construction industry.  Starting in Residential, he did trim carpentry then moved into plumbing.  From there he quickly realized a third-generation plumber was what he needed to be.  In 1997, he moved from Residential into Commercial plumbing and mechanical piping and soon up the ladder into supervision. He ran numerous commercial projects in the Austin and San Antonio metro corridor before deciding to branch out on his own in the spring of 2008.  Gordon was licensed as a Texas Journeyman Plumber at age 23 and a responsible master plumber at age 29.  

Gordon’s Hobbies include competition Texas BBQ, he and his oldest son co-founded “Smokealicious BBQ” in 2010, along with fishing and hunting with his youngest son Tyler and wife Robin of over 25 years.

Maurice Lewis III, also known as Tripper, was born in Dallas, Texas, and moved to New Braunfels with his family when he was just five weeks old. He started plumbing while still in high school and has been with Gordon the Plumber since day one.

Now a licensed master plumber, Tripper brings years of hands-on experience and mechanical skill to every job. He’s known for his steady approach, strong work ethic, and loyalty to the team.

Outside of work, he enjoys going to the river with his family on weekends. He’s married with one daughter, two cats, and five dogs. When he’s not on the clock, you’ll probably find him working on classic trucks or out riding motorcycles.

G3 was born in New Braunfels and currently calls it home. He grew up in Canyon Lake and graduated from Canyon Lake High School in 2016. Plumbing has been part of his life for years, and he has worked with Gordon the Plumber for over seven years.

Now serving as the Service Manager and Commercial Estimator, G3 helps ensure jobs are planned correctly, customers are taken care of, and every project meets the high standards the company is known for.

Outside of work, he enjoys competition BBQ with his father through their team, Smokeallicious BBQ. He also loves cooking, fishing, and playing golf. G3 is married and enjoys spending time with his two little girls.

Tyler was born and raised in the New Braunfels area, graduating from Canyon Lake High School in 2017. Proudly, he currently resides in New Braunfels, TX. He’s been with Gordon the Plumber for several years and currently works as a tradesman plumber.

He enjoys the satisfaction of completing a job with quality and precision On weekends, Tyler spends time with his wife, family, and pets or works on his car. He also enjoys fishing and photography.

Kyle Weghorst was born and raised in Cuero, Texas. He graduated from Cuero High School in 2023. His favorite part about plumbing is that every day looks different, and no job is exactly the same. 

His hobbies include being an avid fisherman and having a little itch for golf every so often.

Mike is a second-year apprentice who’s passionate about learning the trade and growing his career. He values the opportunity plumbing provides to build a future with strong, hands-on skills.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find him enjoying the outdoors, or indulging in his favorite hobby, Fly Fishing.

Blake is a first-year apprentice who joined the Gordon the Plumber team with a strong desire to help others and build a long-term career in a hands-on trade. From day one, he’s brought a positive attitude to the job site and a willingness to jump in wherever he’s needed.

Outside of work, Blake enjoys spending time with friends, staying active, and learning new skills. Whether he’s on the job or off the clock, he shows up ready to work, learn, and grow.

Christian is an apprentice plumber who brings curiosity, focus, and a willingness to learn to every job. Since joining the team, he’s developed a strong interest in the plumbing trade and enjoys that no two days are the same. He takes pride in building real skills and seeing projects come together from start to finish.

Christian’s favorite part of the work is learning new techniques, tools, and solutions that help him grow as a tradesman.

When he’s off the clock, you’ll find him fishing, playing basketball, or working with his hands on woodworking projects. Whether he’s building something or helping solve a plumbing problem, Christian’s always focused on learning and doing quality work.
